Vectra VXR in Glenrothes, Fife for sale
£4500 With a heavy heart and much regret, I'm selling my beloved VXR, in the best colour Arden Blue (in my opinion)purely because with 4 children, I now require a seven seater car, so I need to sell this to fund the purchase of a suitable car. The car has mot until 30/6/2015. Car is taxed for 6 months. Service history is there as well and it would appear to have missed just one service, long before I owned the car. There are 2 fully functional keys for the car. It's a well spec'd model, having dual climate control, CD 70 Nav ICE, half leather recaro interior,HIDS, 19" alloy wheels which have been refurbed to a high standard. Car has done 93k miles which will rise slightly, and car has done just over 6k miles in last year. It is the 255 BHP version Other good points. Front brake pads and discs recently replaced (both worn) as have both rear springs(one was broken) front wishbone and both rear tyres as well have been replaced which altogether cost nearly £900 all in.add in the cost of the refurb and service then this car has had £1300 spent since the turn of the year, but that's nothing compared to the pleasure it has given me. As a driving machine it is awesome, and truly is the best car I have ever owned and second best only to a Porsche as the best car I've driven(and I've driven plenty). (The private number plate is not included in the sale and has now been removed) Bad points. There are two minor marks on the body caused by inconsiderate idiots in car parks. Both are minor and can be repaired by paintless dent removal repairs. Viewings welcome and encouraged. However if you want to test drive the car a valid insurance policy will be required. No insurance, no test drive it's that simple. If no insurance, I'll happily drive any prospective buyer on a run. Car is located in Glenrothes,Fife, and I'm happy to collect anyone from Kirkcaldy train station or Edinburgh Airport if required. Please no time wasters,dreamers, test pilots, tyre kickers or idiots. I am not desperate to sell the car and if I don't get the price required then it won't sell. I'll sorn and garage it. It is a rare car these days, and there are only about 800 in the whole of the UK left. No offers of swaps please as I know the car I'm wanting, and my mind is made up on it.
